Renee L P. currently serves as the Country HR Lead at InCorp Global, starting in November 2023, where responsibility includes leading the strategic direction of the HR department in alignment with business objectives. From November 2015 to October 2020, Renee held multiple roles at Challenger Technologies Limited, culminating as Senior Manager Human Resources - Operations, enhancing HR processes for over 1,000 gig-economy staff, and previously leading training and development initiatives. Renee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University.
