Stephen Maly has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Guest Relationships at In Good Company Hospitality since 2007, where responsibilities include ensuring high-class guest service and analyzing customer feedback for strategic improvements. Additionally, Stephen is the Managing Partner at several establishments, including Rockaway Beach Hotel, Parker & Quinn, Winnie's, Refinery Rooftop, Park Avenue Tavern, and Libation. Stephen also co-founded Good Company BK in 2010, continuing a leadership role as Managing Partner. Educationally, Stephen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree from Pace University-New York.
