Rob M. van Hemert

Rob M. van Hemert is an experienced operations leader with a demonstrated history in various industries, including aerospace, logistics, and automotive. Currently serving as Directeur Operations at In Ovo since August 2022, Rob is an innovator in sexing technology aimed at preventing the culling of male chickens. Previous roles include General Manager at GKN Aerospace, managing substantial workforce growth in China, and holding leadership positions that focused on operational improvements and customer program introductions. Rob co-owned Fargate Groep and has held positions as Logistics Manager at Samsung Electronics, Project Manager at Bosal Hungary, and Operations Manager at DSV Solutions, among others. Rob holds multiple bachelor's degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
