Rebecca Highton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management and training. Currently serving as Senior Training Manager at In Professional Development, Rebecca has held multiple roles within the organization since September 2019, including Training Manager and Event Coordinator. As a Small Business Owner at Flash Bash Events since April 2017, Rebecca has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Previous experience includes serving as Event Planner at The Lowry Hotel and Event Manager at The Village On The Green.
