Lauren Leighton

Lauren Leighton, MS, BCBA, serves as the Regional Manager at In STEPPS since July 2016, where responsibilities have included roles such as Clinical Case Supervisor, Social Skills Coordinator, and Registered Behavior Technician. Prior experience includes a position as a Research Assistant at the University of California, Santa Cruz, supporting research under Jean E. Fox Tree, PhD. Lauren earned a Master of Science in Psychology from Capella University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz (2014-2016), after studying at MiraCosta College (2012-2014).
