Maximiliano Rivas

Maximiliano (Max) Rivas has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Maximiliano (Max) started their career as a Software Engineer at HP in 2010, where they invented a custom automation framework for Windows print drivers and developed a Device Companion App (DCA) for HP printers. Maximiliano (Max) later became a Senior Software Engineer at HP in 2016, where they built custom applications and plugin frameworks, winning new contracts and generating revenue for the company. In 2018, Max served as a Mobility Manager at HP, where they acted as a Scrum Master and fostered quality change management within the team. Maximiliano (Max) then moved on to become an ePrint Enterprise Program Manager in 2019, managing a remote team and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition period. Max also worked as a Quality Project Manager at HP in 2019, leading a transition team and standardizing qualification and release criteria across shared components. Most recently, Max joined In Time Tec in 2020, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer, Technical Account Manager, and currently holds the position of Director of Engineering, leading a team of engineers and teaching architectural patterns and SOLID principles.
