In Touch provides recruitment process management and organizational development. We primarily focus on the customers'​ needs and work closely with them in order to provide in-sourcing solutions. We manage a recruitment agency with a wide range of positions including; management, financial, engineering, technical and administrative, and specialize in recruiting for specific demands. We believe in an inclusive recruiting approach; starting from scanning applicants'​ CV's, conducting interviews and writing assessments, while following up with both the applicants and organizations to achieve a successful recruitment process. In addition to our primary work, we provide management and organizational consulting such as resume writing and interview workshops for applicants on the one hand, and coaching and training programs for organizations on the other. We work alongside hi-tech and startup companies, non-profit organizations, higher education institutions and public organizations to provide a successful and professional recruitment process.
