Formed in 2002, IN2 is a forward-thinking, innovative Building Services Engineering and Sustainability consultancy with offices in Belfast, Dublin, London, Berlin, and Athlone. Over the past 20 years, IN2 have delivered thousands of innovative and sustainable engineering solutions for clients throughout Europe and beyond. We are continually researching and developing our bespoke low energy solutions in a wide range of sectors from concept stage, right through to building handover and throughout the life of the building.

This is an opportunity for a Marketing Manager who can demonstrate they share our values and have the necessary skills and knowledge to join the team. This is an opportunity to learn and take ownership of your own projects, while ensuring the day to day running of the marketing department, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement the Marketing Strategy, aligning with overall company goals.
  • Run weekly Marketing meetings, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
  • Provide marketing collateral support to various departments, including Business Development, Directors/Associate Directors, Bid, Recruitment, HR and technical engineering teams.
  • Monitor brand guidelines adherence across all platforms and providing support for client facing documents across the company.
  • Present quarterly updates on marketing strategy and objectives to Directors.
  • Plan and execute events such as seminars, conferences, and speaker opportunities.
  • Create graphics for printed and digital marketing collateral, including brochures, social media, and merchandise.
  • Manage awards strategy recognising new opportunities as well as write and submit applications.
  • Lead the company's ESG committee to achieve sustainability goals internally and externally.
  • Develop content and assist in the production of the company newsletter.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and third parties.
  • Organise and direct photo and video shoots.
  • Manage the marketing budget.

Required Skills & Experience 

  • Ability to muti-task and manage time effectively

  • Experience with social media platforms, especially Linkedin and Instagram

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products

  • Eager to learn and understand technical information

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

Desirable Skills & Experience 

  • Experience with Craft CMS
  • Experience in copywriting
