Joeri Deraeve

Joeri Deraeve has over 30 years of experience in the call center industry, currently serving as the System and Infrastructure Manager at WEngage. In previous roles at SITEL, Joeri handled responsibilities such as EMEA Computer Telephony Automation Manager, Multi-Channel Manager, ICT Manager for the Belgium Contact Center, and Telecom Manager overseeing all telecom-related activities within the Contact Centers. Joeri holds a Diploma Secundair onderwijs from Erasmushogeschool Brussel and toverfluit.
