Monique Clement has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Monique began their career as an Art Director at VB Concepts, where they played a crucial role in developing creative brand and business strategies for Warner Bros. In this role, they helped establish design offices in Sydney and New York and managed design briefs and staff schedules.

Following their time at VB Concepts, Monique worked as a Fashion Design Tutor at Massey University, where they instructed Fashion Design Diploma students in fashion illustration and portfolio presentation.

Monique then transitioned into the field of graphic design, working as a Graphic Design Consultant at Lilly & Lolly. Monique played a pivotal role in maintaining the company's brand assets across all print and new media, establishing Lilly & Lolly as a premium manchester and furniture brand.

After leaving Lilly & Lolly, Monique joined Julian Midwinter & Associates as a Graphic Design Consultant. Here, they delivered innovative graphic design solutions and specialized in logo design and rebranding for corporate firms.

Monique then moved on to Navarra Venues, where they served as a Design and Marketing Manager. In this role, they managed a small but dynamic team, overseeing marketing campaigns and graphic design solutions for the Navarra Group's four Sydney venues.

Most recently, Monique has been working at Inaburra School. Monique initially held the position of Communication Officer, where they were responsible for the school's communications with parents, staff, and alumni. Monique oversaw the redesign of the school's website and produced various school publications.

Currently, Monique is serving as the Director of Community Relations at Inaburra School.

Monique Clement's education history includes a Master's degree in Marketing from Griffith University, which they pursued from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, in 2018, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from the same university. In 2020, Monique received the Griffith Award for Academic Excellence.
