Clarence Lobo

Clarence Lobo is an accomplished executive search professional with extensive experience in the Middle East and India. As the Managing Partner for INAC Global Executive Search since May 2011, Clarence Lobo has continued to lead in providing high-potential career opportunities in the region, following a pioneering role in executive search that began in 1993 with Lobo Management Services. Prior to these roles, Clarence Lobo was the Co-Managing Partner at Ray & Berndtson in India and the Managing Director at Personnel Search Services Pvt Ltd, contributing significantly to the development of executive search practices in both regions. Clarence Lobo holds an MBA in Business, Marketing, and Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur.
