Bharath Srinivasan, PMP, has extensive work experience in program management and leadership roles. Bharath currently serves as a Sr. Program Manager at INADEV, where they began in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at General Dynamics Information Technology as a Sr. Program Manager from November 2020 to May 2022. Bharath also worked at Perspecta as a Sr. Program Manager (Technical) from May 2018 to November 2020, providing technical program management support for a portfolio of projects supporting the USPS.

Bharath has also held positions at Sevatec, Inc. as the Director of DHS Programs from January 2016 to May 2017, overseeing a $10+M portfolio of projects for various federal agencies within DHS, DOT, and DOL. At CACI International Inc, they served as a Project Manager - Senior from May 2014 to December 2015, leading the delivery of project accounts within ObamaCare's Multi-Dimensional Datawarehouse and Analytics System (MIDAS).

Bharath has also worked as an Independent Consultant and a Senior Technology Advisor from January 2014 to May 2014. Bharath started their career in 1994 at Vetri Systems as an Analyst/Programmer before joining Northrop Grumman Information Systems in July 1997. At Northrop Grumman, they served as a Program Manager, leading the east coast portfolio of projects for the company's Federal client, DMDC, until January 2014. Bharath was responsible for all aspects of program management and provided expertise on government initiatives.

Bharath Srinivasan, PMP pursued a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Madras from 1988 to 1992. Bharath then went on to complete their Masters in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1992 to 1994.
