Lee Skinner

Lee Skinner has a diverse range of experience in the restaurant industry, with their most recent role being the Managing Director of Inamo Restaurants. Lee successfully navigated the company through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and achieved an impressive 85% increase in sales compared to the pre-pandemic period in the first year. Before Inamo Restaurants, they served as the Director of Operations UK at Kout Food Group, where they managed six different brands across the country and generated approximately £100 million in turnover. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director of London's Flying Chef Ltd and the Operations Director at Feng Sushi Ltd, where they significantly contributed to the businesses and increased their revenues. Lee also has experience as an Operations Director and Shareholder at Salade Retail Ltd and held various roles, including Operations Consultant and General Manager, at McDonald's Corporation.

Lee Skinner has a strong educational background with a focus on human resources management and services. In 2014-2015, they obtained a Level 5 in HR Practise (CIPD) from HLC. Prior to that, from 1993-1995, they attended Westminster Kingsway College where they earned an HND in Hospitality, Catering and Institutional Management. Lee'searlier education includes A Levels in Maths, Economics, Geography, and English Literature from Reigate Grammar School, which they completed from 1985-1992. Additionally, Lee has obtained the CIPD Level 5 in HR Practise certification.
