Ailen Hadji Kovakis has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2012, Ailen worked as a Quality and Continuous Improvement Technician at AD Barbieri SA, where they analyzed, evaluated, and improved company processes. Ailen also monitored continuous improvement actions and created, modified, and improved internal procedures.
From 2014 to 2016, Ailen worked at Assurant as a Functional Analyst, specializing in extended warranty and theft claims. Ailen managed claims with suppliers for equipment repairs or replacements, approved budgets, and evaluated asset replacements.
In 2016, Ailen joined Galicia Seguros as a Providers and Reporting Analyst. Ailen was responsible for reporting performance indicators, creating and analyzing dashboards to predict and mitigate business risks, manage costs, and achieve customer satisfaction. Ailen was proficient in QlikView and QlikSense and continuously sought opportunities for improvement and organizational optimization.
Starting in 2018, Ailen held multiple positions at Universidad Nacional de Lanús. Ailen served as a Professor at Strategic Planning and Decision Making, where they led practical works and managed the virtual classroom for the Degree in Business Economics. Ailen taught subjects related to problem analysis, decision-making tools, uncertainty, and risk management.
Additionally, Ailen held the position of Professor at Organization Systems, where they designed the curriculum and managed practical works for the Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics. Ailen also worked as a Professor in charge of Supervised Professional Practice, coordinating and monitoring student internships, preparing final reports, and making improvement proposals for companies. Ailen also served as a Professor of the Bachelor's Degree thesis in Business Economics.
Lastly, Ailen was a Co-Founder at Galin Ingeniería from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they identified new clients for consulting services related to process improvement, renewable energy generation systems implementation, and distributed generation network adaptation. Ailen also conducted energy audits to reduce consumption and enhance process efficiency.
Currently, Ailen is working as a Business Analyst at INARI.IO, starting in 2021.
Ailen Hadji Kovakis began their education in 2010 at the Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora, where they pursued a degree in Ingeniería with a focus on Ingeniería industrial. Ailen completed their undergraduate studies in this field in 2015. In 2011 and 2012, Ailen enrolled at the Universidad Kennedy to obtain a degree in Agente de propaganda médica. Returning to the Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora in 2019, Ailen is currently pursuing a Doctorado in Ingeniería industrial, which is expected to be completed by 2024.
