Jessica Chen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jessica is currently working as an Enterprise Application Manager in the IT department at Inari Medical, where they oversee and manages the organization's IT applications. Prior to this, they worked as an Information Technology Business Analyst and a Consultant at the same company.

Before joining Inari Medical, Jessica ran their own consulting firm called Jessica Chen Consulting, specializing in Salesforce customization for nonprofit organizations. Jessica optimized resource development analytics and user-friendliness for nonprofits by streamlining user experience, creating dashboards, and optimizing database structures.

Jessica also has experience in knowledge management and information management roles. At Project Concern International, they served as a Knowledge Management Officer, leading the organization's knowledge management initiative. Jessica launched and managed a bilingual global Community of Practice on project management and implemented cloud-based document management and digital asset management systems. Additionally, they held the role of Information Management Associate at the same organization, where they launched a global enterprise social network and managed a CRM migration from Raiser's Edge to Salesforce.
