Josiah L. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Josiah started their career in 2006 at OptOR Systems, where they served as the Director of Marketing & Sales for five years. In 2012, they worked as a Personal Insurance Consultant (MBA Intern) at Liberty Mutual Insurance. During the same year, they also served as a Teaching Assistant for a graduate-level marketing management course at Boston University Questrom School of Business.

In 2013, Josiah joined Johnson & Johnson as a Manager of Sales Planning & Analytics. Over the years, they held several senior management positions in sales operations, strategy, and commercial data & analytics. Their last role at Johnson & Johnson was as the Senior Manager of Sales Operations & Strategy, which they held from July 2019 to March 2020.

In 2020, Josiah joined Inari Medical as the Director of Business Insights. Josiah later transitioned to the role of Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations in September 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations.
