Thomas Sayle began their work experience in 1996 as a Marine in the United States Marine Corps, where they served until 2003. Afterward, they worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Toshiba Business Solutions from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Stryker as a Sales Representative, CMF, responsible for promoting the company's products to healthcare professionals and increasing sales. Thomas then joined LeMaitre Vascular in 2018 as a Territory Sales Representative until 2020. Since 2020, Thomas has been working at Inari Medical, starting as an Account Manager and later advancing to Senior Account Manager and currently as a Regional Sales Manager.

Thomas Sayle earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, where they attended from 2008 to 2011. Thomas then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, in February 2012, Thomas Sayle obtained a certification as a CrossFit Level II Coach from CrossFit, Inc.
