Iqbal Singh

Iqbal Singh is a seasoned expert in plant transformation and research, currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at Inari since March 2021. Prior to this role, Iqbal held various positions at J.R. Simplot Company from August 2016 to March 2021, including Associate Scientist III and Associate Transformation Scientist I. Iqbal began a research career as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln from August 2013 to May 2016. Iqbal's research experience encompasses the transformation of multiple plant species, optimization of in-vitro culture conditions, and various molecular biology techniques such as gene cloning and PCR. Iqbal holds a Master’s of Science in Agronomy with a specialization in Plant Pathology and a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Sciences.
