Scott Loarie

Scott Loarie is the Co-Director at iNaturalist, a position they have held since 2014. Prior to that, they were with the Carnegie Institution for Science from August 2008 to April 2014, where they served as co-Principal Investigator for the EarthAudit Agricultural Yield Pilot. In that role, they were responsible for project management, agricultural yield and climate modeling, web development, climate and food security science.

Scott Loarie received a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University, an MS in Biological Sciences from Stanford University, and a BS in Earth Systems Science, Biology, and Physics from Stanford University.
