Anand Krishnan

Anand Krishnan has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Anand has held roles at various companies, including Inawisdom, Touch Surgery, Linguamatics, Indiana University School of Informatics and Computing, Aditi Technologies, and Infosys Technologies Ltd.

At Inawisdom, Anand currently serves as the Lead Data Scientist, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Data Scientist from February 2020 to October 2021, and as a Data Scientist from December 2018 to February 2020.

Before joining Inawisdom, Anand worked at Touch Surgery as a Product Owner from November 2017 to November 2018. Anand also worked at Linguamatics as an NLP Specialist from May 2017 to October 2017.

Anand has a long history with the Indiana University School of Informatics and Computing, where they worked as an NLP Data Scientist and Programmer from August 2010 to January 2017. During this period, they completed their Master of Computer Science at IUPUI and gained expertise in Natural Language Processing and data mining tools. Anand also worked on building a Text Mining system for the Healthcare Domain.

Prior to their role at Indiana University, Anand worked at Aditi Technologies as an Automation Engineer from September 2007 to July 2010. Anand specialized in automation testing and framework development.

Anand's career began at Infosys Technologies Ltd in August 2006, where they worked as a Software Engineer - Oracle Database Administrator until September 2007. Anand was responsible for providing proactive support during database migration and performing database configuration changes.

Throughout their career, Anand has gained extensive experience in data science, natural language processing, automation testing, and database administration.

Anand Krishnan has a diverse education background. Anand obtained their primary and secondary school education from Air Force School Jalahalli, where they completed their schooling from 1990 to 1998. Anand then attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1999 to 2002 for their High School and Junior College education, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Informatics Practices.

Anand went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Anand attended this university from 2002 to 2006.

To further enhance their knowledge and skills in their field, Anand pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Anand completed their Master's program from 2010 to 2012.

Alongside their formal education, Anand Krishnan also obtained additional certifications. Anand achieved the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2019. Furthermore, in March 2023, they obtained the AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty certification, also from AWS.
