Tony Gavin

Tony Gavin grew up in Monmouth but moved to Rochester when he was 16. Upon graduating from Rochester High School in 2001, Tony joined the basketball team at Culver Stockton College.

At Culver Stockton, he majored in business administration with a minor in communication – and he also met his wife Beth, who was on the school’s volleyball team. The couple lived in Quincy following graduation, where Tony quickly realized that he was interested in pursuing a career in the banking industry. He accepted a position with INB in Springfield.

Having experience in various positions at the bank has proved valuable for Tony, allowing him to understand firsthand the processes involved in retail, credit analysis, and other sectors of the bank that he collaborates with on a daily basis.
