René van der Lugt

René van der Lugt is a seasoned professional in the fields of architectural engineering and coaching, with current roles as Head Coach of Armixtos D1 in the Topdivisie since July 2024 and as Chairman of the Works Council at INBO since May 2015. A project leader and architectural engineer at INBO, René has also held the position of project/werkvoorbereider at Bloemendal Bouw from August 2010 to April 2015. Previous experience includes architectural engineering roles at INBO and Han van Zwieten Architecten BNA, along with an early design assistant position. René holds an NLP Practitioner certification from Mind Academy attained in 2022, and educational qualifications from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and ROC Midden Nederland.
