Shweta Shaily 🌐

Shweta Shaily has a diversified work experience across various industries and roles. Shweta started their career as an Associate at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in 2012, where they worked until 2013. Shweta then moved on to The Leela Palaces & Resorts, where they served as a Guest Relations personnel from 2013 to 2014.

In 2014, Shweta joined BlueStone.com as a Strategic Account Manager until 2016. Shweta then transitioned to Proedge Skill Development and Edutech, taking on the roles of Sr. Manager - Client Servicing & Marketing and Strategic Learning Consultant from 2017 to 2018.

In 2018, Shweta had a concurrent position at both PRATIAN Technologies (India) Private Limited and The Arbinger Institute. At PRATIAN, they held the position of Practice Head - Leadership & Management from 2018 to 2021. Simultaneously, at The Arbinger Institute, they worked as an Outward Mindset Consultant from 2018 to 2019.

In 2021, Shweta joined Inc42 Media as a Senior Manager - Operations, a role they held until 2022. Currently, they serve as the Head - PeopleOps & Culture at the same organization.

Shweta Shaily graduated from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in 2020 with a Master of Business Administration degree. Shweta'smajor was Marketing, and they had a minor in Human Resources. Prior to that, they attended Utkal University from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a BDTHS degree in hospitality. Shweta completed their high school education at S.K.P. Vidya Vihar from 2007 to 2009 with a 10+2 degree in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics).

In addition to their formal education, Shweta Shaily has obtained several certifications. In October 2020, they completed the "Do your venture - WSP 3.0" certification from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. In July 2020, they obtained certifications in "Customer Experience: Journey Mapping," "Design Thinking: Customer Experience," and "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn.
