Atchuthan Perinkulam

Atchuthan Perinkulam joined our team in 2011 and, today, he serves as both an ITI Innovation Lab Administrator and Developer. His contributions to our enterprise-wide training environments are critical to our success; his work ensures our technical teams continuously acquire the skills necessary to efficiently and effectively deliver big data, data governance, and metadata management solutions to the clients we serve. In addition, he consults directly with clients, recommending products and configurations best positioned to achieve their goals, while also delivering top-notch user support and hands-on development, including rapid proofs of concept.

It was Atchuthan who architected and built our initial Ab Initio training platform. He has also successfully completed complex implementations, upgrades, and integration of products in the Ab Initio and Hadoop ecosystems, along with Collibra, Cassandra, MongoDB, Presto, and Drill.

Atchuthan launched his career at Vonage, where he got his start as an Ab Initio developer. He then grew into consultant and administrator roles at Citi, JPMorgan Chase, and Cotiviti.

Highly sought after for his thought leadership on big data strategy, technologies, and infrastructure, as well as big data-driven innovation, Atchuthan now serves as an advisory board member for the Rutgers Center for Innovation Education, Big Data Certificate Program.

Atchuthan earned his Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Osmania University.
