Yulia Khoruzhik

Yulia Khoruzhik is currently working as an Engagement Lead at Incandescent, where Yulia is involved in discovering better ways to create, build, and run organizations. Previously, Yulia worked at Spencer Stuart as a Senior Associate and Associate in the Leadership Advisory Practice. Yulia also has experience as a Research Analyst in the same company. Before that, Yulia was a Teaching Assistant at Brown University School of Engineering and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Hart Laboratory. Yulia holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Neuroscience from Brown University.
