Rosana Cornejo has over 15 years of experience in the marketing industry. Rosana began their career in 2005 as a Channel Coordinator at EBC (Coca Cola Bottler). In 2007, they joined Nestle Ecuador S.A as a Channel Manager - Wholesalers, Consumer Marketing Manager - Confectionery, Category Channel Sales Development - Confectionery, Project Manager - Tristar (Horizontal Distribution Project), and CCSD CPW. In 2013, they became the Consumer Marketing Manager - NESCAFE and Consumer Marketing Manager NESTEA. In 2017, they were appointed as the CMO of Las Muns | The Heart Made Empanada. Currently, they are the Head Of Marketing at Incapto Coffee.

Rosana Cornejo has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from EADA Business School, which they obtained between 2012 and 2013. Rosana also has a BA in Marketing and a B.A in Hospitality Management from Universidad San Francisco de Quito, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Design Thinking from IDEO U in May 2020, Become an Agile Project Manager from LinkedIn in April 2020, and ZEN Business from EADA Business School in May 2018.
