Afrozy Ara has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Afrozy currently holds the position of Vice President - Digital and Data Advisory at Incedo Inc., where they lead a team of consultants in applying design principles and advanced analytics to unlock revenue generation and operational efficiency. Afrozy has also served as the Sr Director - Digital & Data Advisory at Incedo Inc., where they focused on research, journey design, analytics platform development, and data strategy implementation. Prior to their current roles, Afrozy worked at Mu Sigma Inc. as an Engagement Manager - Data Science & Analytics, collaborating with Fortune 500 clients in providing data-driven consultancy. Afrozy also held positions at HCL Technologies as a Strategy Manager and Finance Business Analyst, and at Ness Technologies and Wipro Technologies Ltd. - Hewlett Packard as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, respectively.

Afrozy Ara obtained a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar). Prior to that, they completed a B Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
