Jack Carso

Jack Carso, AICP, is a Planner II at Houseal Lavigne, where responsibilities include planning and development tasks. Prior experience includes roles as a Planner for the Village of Bolingbrook, where Jack conducted residential and commercial plan reviews and explained municipal zoning regulations. At Bertolini Architectural Works D.P.C., Jack prepared bid documents and conducted field inspections, while earlier internships at the Village of Mount Prospect and Sheffield Neighborhood Association provided valuable experience in plan reviews and research for urban development projects. Jack holds a Master of Arts in Sustainable Urban Development from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Saint Mary's College of California.
