The team that would eventually found Incentive Solutions had a wide variety of experiences in both the corporate world and academia. The CEO had previous experience running two businesses, one in travel and one in loyalty programs. The VP of Sales and Marketing came from a motivational speaking and training company. Both the CEO and VP had received graduate degrees in marketing from respected business schools.
