Diamond Fields

Diamond Fields is an experienced IT Support Technician with a diverse background in customer service and technical support. Currently serving as an IT Support Technician Tier 2 and IT Support Engineer at ITG - Incentive Technology Group since April 2018, Diamond previously supported 8,500 internal users at Freddie Mac through the IT Service Desk from August 2017 to March 2018. Initial work experience includes roles as a Sales Associate at Georgetown University Barnes & Noble, a Film Crew member at AMC Tyson Corner 16, and an Independent Computer Technician at the Frank D. Reeves Center. Diamond holds a High School Diploma from Cardozo Education Campus and completed training at Year Up United in 2018.
