Drorit Goldzand has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the technology and telecommunications industry. Drorit started their career at Amdocs in 1998, where they worked as a Director for nine years. Drorit then joined Taldor as a VP, managing a program to upgrade bank channels. After that, Drorit worked at IBM as the Call Center & CRM Service line leader, responsible for managing customer integration projects. Drorit later joined Tadiran Telecom as the VP of the Customer Engagement Solutions division, overseeing the delivery and sales of contact center and customer interaction solutions. Currently, they are serving as the VP of Sales, Marketing & Customers at Incentives Solutions.
Drorit Goldzand completed a Director's Certification Course at Bar-Ilan University in 2015. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University between 1993 and 1995. Drorit also holds a BSc in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Physics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which they obtained between 1990 and 1994.
