Soriya Serenah Yan

Soriya Serenah Yan is an experienced professional in customer relations and retail management, currently serving as a Customer Relations Specialist at Incentive Services Inc. since January 2019. Prior to this role, Soriya held the position of Store Manager/Credit Champion at Forever 21 from February 2012 to October 2018 and worked as an Assistant Store Manager at New York & Company from May 2006 to January 2012. Soriya earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Metro State University between 2012 and 2014, following a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Brown College from 2006 to 2009.
