Tom Danford

Tom Danford serves as the Regional Director at Incentive Services Inc. since May 2015, focusing on retention of top talent and enhancing managerial and employee performance. Additionally, Tom has been involved with GeoAds, LLC in an XML Business Development role since February 2012, and previously held the position of Director of Business Development at CryptoSlam Inc. from December 2021 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Executive at UnitedHealthcare from August 2003 to February 2006, where responsibilities included selling health insurance to small businesses, and working in business development at OarFin Records from May 1999 to February 2003. Tom holds a B.A. in English from Miami University, graduating in 1996.
