Tarin manages practice management and NetDocuments implementations with a focus on making sure their clients’ expectations are met. Her role entails laying out project timelines, coordinating training, keeping clients up to date, and ensuring the project scope is fulfilled. Tarin “sort of fell into the legal industry.” She started off as a receptionist, became a legal assistant, then a paralegal, and even led a team of paralegals as a case manager. No matter her title, she’s always been the office go-to for technical questions. Her knack for maintaining the firm’s practice management system and training new employees how to use it, in conjunction with her legal knowledge, is what led Tarin here to Affinity.

Tarin’s superpower is tenacity. Her favorite part of her job is the end of a project when the client expresses their gratitude.
