Chenchao Xu

Chenchao Xu's work experience started in 2014 at Miciosoft Research Asia, where they focused on machine learning and biomedical image analysis. They worked on a research project with a visiting scholar, developing a multi-atlas system for extracting liver and Hippocampus from CT and MR images. In 2017, they interned at Clobotics Global, where they worked on a retail project involving detection and classification of beverage bottles using CNN models. They also developed tools and optimized the code base for prediction. In 2018, Chenchao joined Huawei Seattle Research Center as a machine learning engineer. They later joined YITUTech as a deep learning and computer vision engineer, where they worked until 2021. Currently, Chenchao is working as a senior software engineer at Inceptio.

Chenchao Xu completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Beihang University from 2011 to 2015. Later, from 2016 to 2018, Chenchao pursued a Master of Science in Biomedical and Health Informatics from the School of Medicine at the University of Washington.
