Mark Kehoe

Chief Operating Officer at Inception Fertility

Mark Kehoe has had a successful career in various leadership positions. Mark started their career in 1991 at Quest Diagnostics, where they served as a Managing Director for a clinical laboratory business. Mark was responsible for managing a team of 1,400 employees and overseeing operations in Western Pennsylvania, Central/Western New York, and Ohio.

In 2001, Mark took on the role of National Director for Genomic & Esoteric Testing at Quest Diagnostics. Mark developed and implemented a company-wide marketing and sales plan for the genomic and esoteric testing business, achieving $205 million in revenue growth in just two years.

In 2009, Mark became the CEO of Brightside Academy, a for-profit company specializing in providing high-quality early education to underserved communities. Under their leadership, Brightside Academy expanded its reach to serve approximately 7,000 children per day across 58 locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York.

From 2016 to 2018, Mark served as the General Manager for the Northeast US region at Fresenius Kidney Care. In this role, they had P&L responsibility for a dialysis services group with annual revenues of $1.5 billion. Mark managed a team of over 6,400 employees and oversaw the care of 25,000+ patients per year at 330 clinics and 200 hospitals.

Most recently, in 2018, Mark joined Inception Fertility as the Chief Operating Officer. Inception is a family of companies focused on improving the fertility journey for patients. As the COO, Mark plays a key role in the growth and management of the company, including overseeing "The Prelude Network," the largest provider of fertility services in the US.

Mark Kehoe obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. In 1997, they enrolled in the Executive Education Programs at The Wharton School, where they specialized in leadership, organizational change, and finance. Mark completed this program in 1999.
