Matthew Maruca

Matthew Maruca has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Matthew is currently the Chief Legal Officer at Inception Fertility Ventures, a position they have held since April 2019. Prior to this, Matthew worked as Counsel at Norton Rose Fulbright from November 2018 to April 2019. Before that, they were Of Counsel at Baker Donelson from July 2017 to November 2018, where their practice focused on business transactions, corporate governance, securities matters, and healthcare regulatory compliance. Matthew also has experience as General Counsel at Nobilis Health Corp. from April 2011 to July 2017, managing a legal team and overseeing the acquisition strategy of the company. Matthew'searlier experience includes working as a Staff Attorney at Keystone Dental, Inc. from November 2009 to January 2011. Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated their expertise in various legal areas and has been involved in significant strategic and acquisition processes.

Matthew Maruca attended The Taft School for their high school education. Matthew then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Boston College. Following this, they attended Tulane University Law School to earn their Juris Doctor degree in Law.
