At Inception Group, Paulo oversees venue activities and collaborates with various stakeholders. Previously, at Steam & Rye, Paulo managed a team of waiters to ensure top-notch guest services. As a Teacher Trainer at Vocational Schools Ponta Delgada, Paulo created lesson plans and educated students in marketing subjects. At Portugal Telecom, Paulo led a team in providing exceptional customer service. Paulo holds a Licentiate degree in Public Relations and Communication from Azores University and a Master's in Business Management from the University of Sunderland in London.
