Olha Hlushko

Olha Hlushko has extensive work experience in the field of software development and team leadership. Olha began their career in 2012 as a Java Developer at Argent Games before transitioning into a role as a C#/Unity Developer. In 2015, Olha joined Ciklum as a C#/Unity developer for Kantar Consulting. Olha then progressed to a role at Kantar Consulting itself in 2017, where they worked as a Senior F#/C#/Unity developer in the R&D team. Olha'sresponsibilities included developing internal tools, optimizing content, and creating VR applications for clients. Olha continued their career at SBTech in 2019 as a Senior F#/C# Developer before joining Just Football in 2020 as a Senior Unity/C#/F# Developer. In 2021, they became a Team Lead C#/Unity at AIBODY and later moved to InceptionXR in 2022, where they also held the position of Team Lead C#/Unity. Throughout their career, Olha demonstrated strong technical skills, effective communication with remote teams and clients, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Olha Hlushko obtained their Masters degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from the year 2009 to 2015.
