Shay Gannot

Shay Gannot has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In their most recent role, in 2022, they worked as the Director of Project Management at Inception XR. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they served as the Director of Business Development EMEA at Lynx.MD.

Shay's longest tenure was at Yael Group, where they held the position of VP of Sales and Technology Consulting from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they managed over 100 individuals across multiple engagements and oversaw the Technology Consulting Practice. They also managed large-scale enterprise projects in various industries, including defense, healthcare, transportation, banking, insurance, airline, and cellular. Before Yael Group, Shay worked as the Director of Business Development and Processes at Yael Software Group from 2005 to 2018. They also handled crisis management, customer segmentation, and complex project implementation for enterprise clients.

Shay Gannot began their education in 1988 at Ort Holon, where they obtained a degree in Electronics Technician with a field of study focused on computers in 1989. Afterward, Shay attended Hunter College from 1994 to 1997 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science & Mathematics. In May 2006, Shay also obtained a certification as an SOA Architect from TIBCO Software Inc.
