Javier Aguilar Adarve

Javier Aguilar Adarve has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Javier started their career in 1985 as a Product Manager and later became the Jefe de marketing at Boehringer Ingelheim. From 1991 to 2014, they worked at GE Healthcare, starting as an Account Manager and eventually becoming the Zone Sales Manager. During their time at GE, they consistently delivered positive results for over 75 quarters. Since 2014, Javier has been working as a self-employed consultant, focusing on the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Additionally, they have held positions in various companies such as C.B.A., ADALIN SL, and Cerco as a member of the management committee. Currently, they are the President of the Board of Directors at Alfaro Restauración SLU and the Director of Projects and Sales at Incepto.

Javier Aguilar Adarve has a diverse education background. In 1976 to 1982, they attended Universidad de Medicina de Sevilla, where they received a Licenciatura degree in Medicina y Cirugia. Following this, in 1985 to 1987, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Esade. Javier also participated in a short-term Accelerating Leadership Performance Program at General Electric Healthcare in 2007.
