Research Associate III at Inceptor Bio

Adam Pecoraro has a diverse work experience in the field of research and development. Adam is currently employed at Inceptor Bio as a Research Associate II, where they focus on developing cellular immunotherapy for difficult-to-cure cancers. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Technician II at Duke University School of Medicine, where they studied molecular mechanisms in fusion-driven sarcomas. Adam also gained internship experience at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies in process sciences and downstream process development. Additionally, they have held various roles at North Carolina State University, including a career development center student ambassador, TRIO academic tutor, and molecular toxicology research assistant. Adam has also worked as a certified nursing aide at Arosa and as a Duke Superfund Research Center intern at Duke University Nicholas School of the Environment. Adam is dedicated to advancing research in oncology and has shown a strong commitment to their field through their involvement in organizations such as Carolina BioOncology Institute and PDA - Parenteral Drug Association.

Adam Pecoraro completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular/Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from North Carolina State University. Adam attended the university from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation from Red Cross Blood Services in August 2017, SCUBA Certification (60 ft) from Gypsy Divers in August 2014, and Certified Nursing Aide I from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services in September 2017.
