Thomas Harding

Thomas Harding has held various engineering and research positions in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Thomas worked as an Engineer I at Inceptor Bio starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were employed at Project Farma (PF) where they served as a Sr. Project Engineer II - Process Science from February 2022 to June 2022, and previously as an Associate Process Engineer from October 2020 to February 2022. Before joining Project Farma, Thomas worked as a Research Associate at Guide Therapeutics from June 2020 to October 2020. Thomas also gained experience as a Cell Therapy Development Intern at Precision BioSciences, Inc. from May 2019 to August 2019.

Thomas Harding completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering with a minor in Biology at the University of Alabama Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering from 2016 to 2020. In 2023, they enrolled in the University of North Carolina Wilmington to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA), which they completed in 2025. Additionally, Thomas obtained several certifications, including the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam - Chemical from NCEES in July 2021, the JMP Software: A Case Study Approach to Data Exploration and JMP Software: Custom Design of Experiments certifications from SAS in May 2019, and the ELA901: SAChE Certificate Program - Chemical Process Safety in the Chemical Process Industries and ELA984: SAChE Certificate Program - Inherently Safer Design certifications from AIChE - American Institute of Chemical Engineers in April 2019.
