Bill Gratzek

Bill Gratzek has more than 20 years of work experience in the engineering and high-tech industry. Bill began their career as a PLM Sales Engineer at Rand Worldwide in 1994, where they developed technical differentiators for the pre-sales engineering team and provided troubleshooting and design consulting services to customers. In 1997, they became the Regional Engineering Manager at RAND North America, where they managed engineering resources and secured significant revenue. In 2002, they joined Inceptra as a Senior PLM Sales Engineer, working closely with the sales team to develop relationships with clients and assist in the development of statements of work. Bill later became the Director of Technology Solutions at Inceptra, where they brought innovative software solutions to market and continued development on existing offerings. In 2016, they were promoted to the role of Director of High-Tech Solutions, focusing on assisting organizations in meeting the demands of innovation in an ever-changing business landscape. Overall, Bill Gratzek has a strong background in sales, engineering management, and technology solutions.

Bill Gratzek graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician from the University of Minnesota in the year 2004.
