Miguel Gomez

Miguel Gomez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Miguel currently holds the position of Director of IT at Inceptra, starting in March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Citrix as a Senior Escalation Engineer from December 2019 to March 2021. Miguel also spent a considerable amount of time at Inceptra, where they worked as a System Engineer and Implementation Specialist from November 2016 to December 2019. Before joining Inceptra, they briefly worked as a System Engineer at Michell Consulting Group, LLC from August 2016 to November 2016. Miguel's professional journey began in 1993 at Credit Suisse, where they served as a P&S Clerk until November 2000. Miguel then worked as a P&S Specialist at Lewco Securities from November 2000 to August 2001. Miguel's earliest work experience dates back to 2014 when they served as a System Administrator at Miami Beach Medical Group, where they had various responsibilities including overseeing the IT department, training new team members, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system and network security.

Miguel Gomez has a master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from Nova Southeastern University, which they obtained in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a bachelor's degree in Networking Systems and Data Communications from Keiser University-Ft Lauderdale, graduating in 2016. Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, they completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Information Technology at Keiser University-Ft Lauderdale from 2012 to 2014. Miguel also has obtained additional certifications, including "Security Awareness: Social Engineering" from LinkedIn in August 2020 and "Citrix Certified Citrix Workspace Microapps Service (CC-WMS)" from Citrix in December 2020.
