The Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm, currently in late stage development, will see up to 72 turbines located 15km off the Angus Coast and connect to the National Grid at Cockenzie, East Lothian. Once complete, it will be one of Scotland’s largest single sources of renewables energy and power over 1 million homes with clean electricity. 

Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm is owned by Inch Cape Offshore Limited, an equal joint venture between Edinburgh based renewable and sustainable energy company, Red Rock Power Limited and Ireland’s leading energy company, ESB.

The Engineering team at INCH CAPE OFFSHORE LIMITED is responsible for the technical design, structural integrity, and electrical systems of the offshore wind farm project. This includes developing and overseeing the construction of wind turbine foundations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing the integration of the wind farm with the national grid. The team ensures that the project is executed efficiently, safely, and sustainably to meet energy production goals.
