Danang Prakoso

Danang Prakoso has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Danang started their career as an Internship HR L&D Analyst at Chevron Indonesia Company in 2007. Danang then worked as an Associate Trainer & Recruiter for various companies, including Manusmara Pinasthika and LPKM UGM, from 2007 to 2009. Danang then joined Adaro Indonesia as a Human Resources Supervisor, where they supervised HR activities and developed HR systems from 2009 to 2011.

From 2011 to 2013, Danang worked at Leighton Asia, Ltd in various roles, including Human Resources Superintendent and Human Resources Specialist - Recruitment. Danang was responsible for managing industrial relation matters, recruitment operations, and HR administration.

In 2013, Danang joined BAM International bv as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist, where they managed general HR activities until 2017. Danang then worked at Trane as a Country Human Resources Manager from 2017 to 2019, overseeing HR business partnering, performance management, recruitment, and compensation and benefits.

In 2019, Danang joined Aurecon as a Country People Business Partner, implementing the People Strategy and driving key initiatives for talent management, diversity and inclusion, and change leadership. Danang also provided operational HR support until 2020.

Most recently, Danang worked at Energy Development Corporation as the Head of Human Resources, where they were responsible for establishing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, budget management, performance management, recruitment, and compensation and benefits.

Currently, Danang is working as the Human Resources Director at Inchcape plc, starting in 2023.

Danang Prakoso attended Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Danang later pursued further education at UGM from 2006 to 2009 and received a Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. Additionally, they obtained the EFSET EXPRESS High Proficiency (CEFR C1/C2) certification from EF Education First, although the specific month and year of attainment are not provided.
