Nigel Stein

Nigel joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in October 2015.

Nigel has significant experience in the commercial vehicle and manufacturing sector and has held senior financial positions with Laird Group plc and Hestair Duple Ltd. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and former non-executive Director of Wolseley plc. He is currently Chairman of the Automotive Council.

Nigel was formerly Chief Executive of GKN and previously held a range of commercial, general management and finance roles at GKN, including Group Finance Director and Chief Executive Automotive.

Nigel succeeded Ken Hanna as Chairman in May 2018.
