Harriet Naylor

Harriet Naylor is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Since March 2021, Harriet Naylor has been serving as the Head of Global Legal at Inchcape Shipping Services. Prior to this role, Harriet Naylor worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at Sumitomo Corporation Europe Limited from January 2020 to March 2021, providing legal counsel within the European Division of a global trading company. Earlier experience includes serving as a Corporate Lawyer at Santander UK from November 2017 to January 2020, advising key senior stakeholders on mergers and acquisitions, company law, and corporate governance, and as an Associate at DLA Piper from September 2014 to November 2017, where Harriet Naylor advised on various M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations. Harriet Naylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Oxford and a Legal Practice Course qualification from the University of Law, Moorgate.
