Eszter Dalnoki-Nagy

Eszter Dalnoki-Nagy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Eszter currently serves as the Head of Digital Products at Inchcape UK since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Manager at Inchcape UK from July 2019 to June 2022.

Before their time at Inchcape UK, Eszter worked as a Developmental Coach at Pierspective from April 2015 onwards.

Eszter also gained experience at Pinewood Technologies as a Product Owner from March 2018 to June 2019, where they were responsible for the development and management of Pendragon PLC's online platforms. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst at Pinewood Technologies from June 2016 to March 2018.

Eszter's earlier experience includes working as a Digital Producer at Creare Group from August 2015 to June 2016, where they managed client projects and supervised the development team.

Eszter also held the position of Web Services Product Manager at Touch Systems Ltd from March 2012 to August 2015. Before that, they worked as a Web Officer at Sandwell MBC from November 2009 to March 2012.

Eszter started their career as a Web Assistant at NHS South Birmingham from September 2008 to November 2009 and also worked as a part-time Youth Worker at Dudley MBC from an unspecified start date to 2009.

Eszter Dalnoki-Nagy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media & Communication Studies from the University of Wolverhampton, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In 2010 and 2011, they pursued the CIM Professional Marketing Diploma at Cambridge Marketing College. Later, from 2013 to 2015, Eszter attended Oxford Brookes University to earn a Master's degree in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, with a focus on Coaching & Mentoring. In addition to their formal education, they have also been certified as an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner by IBM.
